Despite being the bedrock of national development, Ghanaian teachers continue to face unbearable housing challenges. While other public servants enjoy rent support, teachers are left to fend for themselves in an economy where rent is skyrocketing. This article makes a powerful case for why the Government of Ghana must urgently implement a rent allowance policy for every teacher no excuses, no delays.
