President Mahama Submits Three (3) Petitions for the Removal of the Chief to the Council of State
H.E. John Dramani Mahama has submitted three petitions to the Council of State, initiating the constitutional process for the removal of Ghana’s Chief Justice, Justice Gertrude Torkornoo. This follows Article 146 of the 1992 Constitution, which mandates consultations on such matters.
