Chief Justice of Ghana, Justice Gertrude Sackey Torkornoo, has officially written to John Dramani Mahama, the President of the Republic of Ghana, requesting copies of petitions seeking her removal from office.
The letter has been copied to various stakeholders relevant to the matter, including the Council of State.
This swift release follows the letter issued by the President regarding the three petitions he received and submitted to the Council of State for consultation.
