Old Tafo MP Files Motion to Injunct the Suspension of Chief Justice Torkornoo
Hon. Vincent Ekow Assafuah, MP for Old Tafo, has filed a motion seeking an injunction against the suspension of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo. In his suit dated April 24, Assafuah argues that the President’s actions – based on unnotified petitions – violate Article 146 of the Constitution, rendering the process null and void.

Chief Justice Torkornoo Requests for Copies of Petitions Seeking Her Removal from Mahama
