Ghana is set to develop a National Digital Transformation and Emerging Technology Strategy, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), according to Hon. Samuel Nartey George. The plan aims to position Ghana as a leader in tech innovation in Africa, with supporting reforms including a startup bill and digital skills training for youth.
