Prof. Johnson Nyarko Boampong, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), has been elected the new chairman of the Vice Chancellors Ghana (VCG). His election reflects his commitment to higher education in Ghana.
Prof. Boampong succeeds Prof. (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), who has held the position with high sense of responsibility and integrity.
