President John Mahama has ordered the immediate reversal of all allocations and sales of land belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the previous government. The president wants all lands belongin to the Foreign Affairs Ministry returned.
This was contained in a Twitter (now X) post on the official handle of Hon. Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa.
According to Foreign Minister Hon. Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa, this directive affects the Ministry’s adjoining land at Airport Residential, which had been claimed by seven organizations and individuals. This presidential order is to make sures that the land remains under state control.
