E-Payslip: How to Reset Forgotten Password

Are you a public sector worker? Do you receive your salary through the Accountant General’s Department? Are you on the payroll of the Accountant General’s Department?

This article has been carefully curated to guide you through resetting your forgotten E-Payslip password.

Steps to Follow:

1. If you forget your password and cannot log into your E-Payslip account, follow these steps.
2. Do not attempt to enter your forgotten password more than three times.
3. If your second attempt fails to grant access to your E-Payslip dashboard, take the following steps:
4. Ensure that the email address and telephone number associated with your E-Payslip account are active.
5. Enter your Staff ID at the Enter Employee No space, and
6. Click on “Forgotten Password”, and a reset link will be sent to your email to create a new password.
7. However, if you enter the wrong password more than three times, you will have to wait 30 days before you can reset your password.
8. Alternatively, you can request your validator to issue an authorization note through your District Education Office and forward it to the Accountant General’s Department for a password reset.
