This article has been carefully curated to guide you through resetting your forgotten E-Payslip password.
Steps to Follow:
- If you forget your password and cannot log into your E-Payslip account, follow these steps.
- Do not attempt to enter your forgotten password more than three times.
- If your second attempt fails to grant access to your E-Payslip dashboard, take the following steps:
- Ensure that the email address and telephone number associated with your E-Payslip account are active.
- Enter your Staff ID at the Enter Employee No space, and
- Click on “Forgotten Password”, and a reset link will be sent to your email to create a new password.
- However, if you enter the wrong password more than three times, you will have to wait 30 days before you can reset your password.
- Alternatively, you can request your validator to issue an authorization note through your District Education Office and forward it to the Accountant General’s Department for a password reset.
