Role Purpose
The Executive Secretary is the Chief Executive of the association, responsible for implementing the 5-Year Strategic Business Plan within budget while ensuring revenue and cost targets are met. The role includes managing the membership database and coordinating alumni events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in a leadership role within an organization.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management.
- Strong strategic leadership abilities.
