St. Jude Catholic Church in New Weija, Accra, graciously welcomed Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia to their service on Sunday, 7th July, 2024. The visit of the Vice President to the church was a momentous occasion, reflecting the intersection of faith, leadership, and community spirit.
Rev. Fr. Andrew Campbell, a notable figure in the Catholic community and the Founder of the Lepers Aid Committee. Rev. Fr. Campbell, who also served as the immediate past Parish Priest of the Christ the King Catholic Church, specifically invited Dr. Bawumia as the guest of honor for the service.
