Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo produced an encouraging performance for Manchester City despite the club’s 3–0 defeat to Arsenal in the 2026 Community Shield at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
Semenyo was one of City’s more lively attacking players, showing pace and intent as Manchester City struggled to break down a well-organised Arsenal defence.
The Ghana international came close to finding the net late in the match, but Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya produced a fine save to deny him.
