A three-day orientation workshop for Members of Parliament is currently underway in Ho, the capital of the Volta Region.
The workshop is part of ongoing training programmes introduced by the Parliament of Ghana to enhance the effectiveness of lawmakers.
At the opening, the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban S.K. Bagbin, urged MPs to remain conscientious and accountable to the public in the discharge of their duties.
The workshop is being facilitated by the Parliamentary Training Institute (PTI).
