Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the former Vice President of Ghana, visited the site of the devastating fire outbreak at Adum Market in Kumasi. He made his visit on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
During his visit, Dr. Bawumia, together with his team, inspected the areas affected by the recent fire. ‘It was heart-wrenching to see the scale of devastation from the fire,’ he stated.
Dr. Bawumia pledged his support to help rebuild the market. He also appealed to the government to provide all the necessary assistance to help the affected traders get back to business.
