Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, has revealed the list of the 10 most visited tourist attractions in Ghana, which recorded a combined 1,377,588 visitors, representing 77% of all tourism visits in 2025.
The 10 most visited tourist attractions are as follows:
- Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park
- Kakum National Park
- Bonsu Arboretum/Eco Park
- Cape Coast Castle
- Manhyia Palace
- Kumasi Zoo
- Accra Zoo
- Elmina Castle
- Shai Hills Resource Reserve
- Aburi Botanical Gardens
The list was presented by the Minister during the Government Accountability Series programme held at the Presidency in Accra on Monday, August 8, 2026.
