Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, has welcomed Hon. James Gyakye Quayson to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Hon. Gyakye Quayson has been confirmed by Parliament and sworn in as the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs.
“I am absolutely thrilled to welcome my dear brother and great friend, Hon. James Gyakye Quayson, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” Ablakwa stated.
“We worked closely together in Assin North in that famous 2023 victory; we have always worked together in Parliament, with our offices on the same floor; and now, fortuitously, we get to work together at the Foreign Ministry to deliver more victories for God and country,” he added.
He congratulated him on his appointment as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs.
