Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim, Member of Parliament for Kumawu Constituency, will on Monday, 2nd June 2025, begin the distribution of school bags to high-performing basic school pupils across the constituency.
The initiative, aimed at recognising academic excellence and easing the financial burden on parents, forms part of the MP’s ongoing efforts to promote quality basic education in the Kumawu Constituency.
According to Hon. Anim, the gesture is intended to motivate pupils to work harder and inspire a culture of discipline and achievement in schools.
“Brilliant children deserve to be seen, supported, and encouraged. This is one way we are celebrating their efforts,” he stated.
The distribution will take place across all schools in the constituency, with beneficiaries identified based on academic merit and recommendations from school authorities.
