Ghana Black Starlets Southern Sector Screening Enters Second Phase on Wednesday, May 14

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced that the second phase of the talent screening exercise for the Black Starlets will take place on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.

The session will begin at 4:00 pm and feature selected players from the Eastern, Greater Accra, Central, Volta, and Western Regions. This follows the successful completion of a similar exercise in the Northern sector last week.

Led by Coach Frimpong Manso and his technical team, the screening seeks to identify and nurture young talents to form Ghana’s next U-17 national team. The selected players will be groomed for the 2025/26 WAFU B U-17 Cup of Nations and the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
