Emmanuella Asare Afriyie, a royal from Kumawu Woraso and a student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), is set to be unveiled as the queen and representative for the 2024 Ghana Most Beautiful (GMB) pageant.
This highly anticipated event will take place at Apata Kese Ase in Kumasi on Thursday, August 1, 2024. The unveiling ceremony will be attended by distinguished personalities from Kumawu Woraso and residents of Kumasi, adding to the significance of the occasion.
Emmanuella, who will represent the Ashanti Region under the name “Ogalee gh,” is expected to showcase her talents and articulate her vision as the 2024 GMB representative for the Ashanti Region. Ghana Most Beautiful (GMB) is a flagship program broadcasted by TV3 for over a decade.
The pageant highlights Ghana’s rich cultural diversity through various activities such as singing traditional Ghanaian songs, reciting poetry, performing cultural displays, and wearing Ghanaian-made attires like kente.
