The University of Cape Coast (UCC) has commissioned a state-of-the-art four-storey multipurpose building to serve as the new home for its Institutional Affiliation Office and the School for Educational Development and Outreach (SEDO) under the College of Education Studies.
Constructed by Antartic Construction Works, the facility is equipped with modern amenities, including conference rooms for high-level meetings, training rooms for academic and professional development, and fully furnished office spaces.
The Akotokyir-based complex also features a computer laboratory, moderation room, 500-seat auditorium, reprographic studio, and a dedicated CCTV monitoring room. Other facilities include a drivers’ lounge, kids’ holding room, kitchenette, and filing rooms.
The new facility is expected to enhance operational efficiency and support UCC’s growing institutional affiliation programs.
