Eighteen (18) teachers in the Amansie Central District are under investigation for illegal promotions resulting in a GH₵188,000 loss to the state. The Public Accounts Committee is probing the use of fake certificates by these educators. A portion of the misappropriated funds has been recovered, with the investigation ongoing.
