The letter has the following details;

To ensure a smooth and seamless transition from the old terminal to the new one, Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) will conduct a series of simulation exercises. These exercises are designed to test all systems within the new terminal, ensuring efficient and effective operations. As part of this operationalization process, there will be live flights from the new terminal building scheduled from June 28 to June 30, 2024.

The purpose of these simulation exercises is to identify and address any potential issues that might arise during the transition period. This proactive approach aims to minimize disruptions and guarantee that all systems are functioning optimally when the new terminal becomes fully operational. GACL is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and safety, and these preparations reflect their commitment to excellence.

That, the management of the Airport is committed to making this transition as seamless as possible, aiming to provide exceptional customer service both at the new Prempeh 1 International Airport and across all our route networks. Your comfort and convenience remain our top priority. Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this exciting time for PassionAir and Prempeh 1 International Airport.
