Ghana’s Presidency to Launch Government Accountability Series

The Presidency Communications Office has announced the commencement of a new initiative titled “The Government Accountability Series”. The series is aimed at providing regular updates on the performance of key government sectors.

According to the Communications Office, the series is part of efforts to deepen transparency and accountability in governance. It is scheduled to begin on Monday, 14th July 2025, and will be held three times a week – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – at 11:00 AM.

Each session will feature sector ministers delivering mid-year performance updates for their respective ministries.

The Minister for the Interior, Hon. Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, will officially open the series with the first presentation on Monday, 14th July.
