According to the official circular, GES is seeking passionate and dedicated university graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Education to join the sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- License from the National Teaching Council
- National Service Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners
- Willingness to work wherever needed
Job Purpose
- Facilitate learning using 21st-century technology
- Continuously enhance learners’ research abilities with new technologies
- Attend relevant and continuous professional development sessions
- Teach, motivate, and cater to various categories of learners
- Utilize a variety of assessment tools and tasks to accurately measure learners’ competency
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the head of the institution
