Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene, has assigned the Kumawumanhene, Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua, to serve on various regional committee and boards as part of efforts to strengthen health governance within the region.

According to reports, Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua, who has a strong professional background in the medical field, will serve on the Regional Health Committee, the Komfo Anokye Nursing and Midwifery Training College Board, and the Ghana AIDS Commission. His appointment to these key bodies is expected to bring valuable expertise and practical insight into health policy formulation, administration, and service delivery.

In assigning these responsibilities, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II urged the Kumawumanhene to draw on his vast experience and professional knowledge in the medical profession to support the effective administration and management of health-related institutions.
