H.E. John Dramani Mahama, the President of the Republic of Ghana, has launched a new infrastructural vision for Ghana’s growth through 2057.
During the ceremony, the President stated that the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC) will spearhead the Ghana Infrastructure Plan, which will serve as the country’s strategic framework for infrastructure development and reflect the nation’s collective social and economic aspirations.

According to President Mahama, this 30-year framework will guide how the country designs, finances, and implements vital projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life and driving sustainable growth.

The plan, he noted, aligns with the government’s Big Push Agenda, the African Union’s Agenda 2063, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring balanced regional development and equal opportunities for all Ghanaians.
