Kumasi based music producer Khendibeat has endorsed King Paluta as the deserving winner of the 2025 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Artiste of the Year. During an interview on Kessben TV’s Music Plus hosted by Mr. Bones, Khendibeat praised Paluta’s tireless work ethic and the impact he has made on Ghana’s music scene over the past year. King Paluta born Thomas Adjei Wireko has enjoyed a stellar run in the industry. In 2024, he dropped major hits including “Odo Bi Ye Bad,” “Aseda,” “Makoma,” and “For the Popping (Apicki),” which not only climbed charts but became street anthems across Ghana and beyond.
Adding to his momentum, King Paluta just released a new single titled “Foko” within the last three days and the track has already being dubbed another certified banger. The song is rapidly gaining popularity across streaming platforms and social media as it further cement his dominance in the Ghanaian music space. King Paluta’s collaborative footprint is massive as he has featured on over 40 songs in 2024, working with top tier acts like Wendy Shay, Camidoh, and DJ Vyrusky. His talent has earned him multiple awards including Best New Artist and Hiplife Song of the Year at the 2024 VGMA, with additional honors from the Ghana Music Awards UK and Europe. He’s even been spotlighted by the Grammy website for his contributions to Hiplife.
