TAMASCO Secures Its Seat in the Semi-Final at the 2024 NSMQ

Tamale Senior High School (TAMASCO) has secured its place in the semi-final stage of the 2024 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ). In an intense contest held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, TAMASCO contested with Accra Academy and St. John’s School.

At the end of the competition, TAMASCO emerged victorious with 40 points, topping the group. St. John’s School closely followed with 38 points, while Accra Academy finished with 32 points. The narrow margins between the schools highlight the keen level of competition, with every point being fiercely contested.

This victory marks a great achievement for TAMASCO, as they are the first school to secure a spot in the semi-finals of this year’s competition. Their performance showcased not only their academic prowess but also their resilience and determination in a highly competitive environment.

Tamale SHS won the Goil Super Bonanza of 1,000 Ghana Cedis after the competition.
