PwC Empowers GES Leadership with Intensive Training

In their quest to enhance education leadership, PwC Ghana, a member firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers International Limited hosted an intensive two-day leadership training session for top management officials within the Ghana Education Service (GES).

The program, held under the Ghana Education Service Workforce Initiative (GESWI), brought together all the 16 Regional Directors of education, Divisional Directors and Unit Heads at the Headquarters for a transformative experience in leadership development.

The training aimed to refine leadership skills, enhance strategic thinking, and promote collaborative management among GES leaders. By focusing on these core areas, the initiative seeks to empower education leaders with the tools necessary to drive excellence and positive change across Ghana’s education sector.

PwC’s commitment to investing in leadership development underscores the vital role that strong governance and effective management play in ensuring quality education delivery.

The new Director-General seized the opportunity to meet with Regional Directors of Education who are key frontline stakeholders in education delivery across the country.
