His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of Ghana, has released the list of Deputy Minister Nominees for public attention.
According to the official statement, the President, in line with Articles 78(1) and 79(1) of the Constitution, has submitted the names to Parliament through the Speaker for prior approval. These nominees are expected to serve as Deputy Ministers in various sectors upon confirmation.

President Mahama also nominated Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba as the Minister of State, Public Sector Reforms.
