The National Service Authority (NSA) has issued a press release inviting requests from User Agencies, including private corporate organizations, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), educational institutions, hospitals, security agencies, and other interested entities to host National Service Personnel (NSP) for the 2025/2026 service year.
The release acknowledges the human resource challenges faced by both private and public organizations. The NSA encourages User Agencies to leverage this opportunity to strengthen their workforce by engaging National Service Personnel.
The letter emphasized that this year’s postings are private-sector-driven; therefore, the Authority urges all private organizations nationwide to submit their requests within the specified timelines to secure skilled personnel for their operations.
According to the letter, all User Agencies are required to submit a formal request indicating the number of personnel needed and specifying the required academic or professional qualifications via the Flair platform at www.myflair.africa or directly by email to support@nss.gov.gh.
It was also stated that all submissions must be made on official letterhead and include the organization’s official address, email, phone number, and location. Agencies with special placement needs were advised to contact the NSA Secretariat for further discussions and arrangements.

All requests must be submitted to the NSA Secretariat on or before April 30, 2025, the letter stated.
The Management of NSA expressed its appreciation to all User Agencies for their continued support in providing a platform for young Ghanaians to contribute meaningfully to national development.
