Member of Parliament for Kumawu Constituency, Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim, has distributed 1,450 mathematical sets to all 2025 BECE candidates in the constituency, ahead of the upcoming national examinations.
The gesture, which has become a hallmark of his commitment to education, is aimed at equipping final-year students with the tools they need to excel. Addressing the students during the distribution, Hon. Anim encouraged them to stay focused, disciplined, and dedicated to their studies.
In line with his tradition of promoting academic excellence, the MP also announced that the overall best-performing candidate from the constituency will be rewarded with a brand new laptop. Other high-achieving candidates will receive cash prizes in recognition of their hard work.
“Your future begins now. Study hard and let this support inspire you to achieve greatness,” he told the candidates.
The initiative has been widely praised by parents, teachers, and community leaders, who say it reflects the MP’s commitment to empowering the youth and transforming education in Kumawu.
