Hon. John Ankrah, a former TEIN UCC Organizer, has been appointed as the District Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) for Amansie Central District in the Ashanti Region.
Before his appointment, Mr. Ankrah also served as the NDC Youth Organizer for the Odotobri Constituency. His leadership and dedication to youth empowerment have earned him recognition within the party.
In a brief statement following the announcement, Hon. Ankrah expressed his appreciation and outlined his commitment to his new role:
I am deeply honored and sincerely grateful for my appointment as District Director for YEA in the Amansie Central District. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the leadership of the party — from the national to the branch level — for entrusting me with this significant responsibility.
I accept this appointment with humility and a strong commitment to serve the youth in Amansie Central diligently. I am aware of the significance of this role in promoting youth development, capacity building, and entrepreneurship.
Hon. Ankrah is a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Team in the Ashanti Region.
His appointment is expected to bring new energy and direction to the administration and operations of the Youth Employment Agency in the Amansie Central District, especially in initiatives that is focused on job creation, skills development, and youth empowerment.
