Ghana to Host 18th eLearning Africa Conference in June 2026

Ghana has been officially selected to host the 18th edition of the prestigious eLearning Africa Conference, scheduled to take place in Accra from 3rd to 5th June 2026. This follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and eLearning Africa.

The agreement marks a significant milestone in Ghana’s ongoing commitment to educational innovation and inclusive learning. The conference is expected to attract a diverse group of stakeholders from across the African continent and beyond, bringing together educators, policymakers, technologists, and development partners to exchange ideas and foster collaboration.

Deputy Minister for Education, Hon. Dr. Clement Abas Apaak, described the partnership as a strong vote of confidence in Ghana’s educational reforms. He highlighted that the conference will showcase Ghana’s progress under key initiatives such as the Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP) and the Education Strategic Plan (2018–2030).
