GCB Bank PLC has revised the operating hours of its Nalerigu Branch following the curfew imposed by the Ministry of the Interior in Nalerigu and its surrounding areas.
According to the bank, effective Monday, 28th July 2025, the branch will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on all working days. This temporary measure is aimed at ensuring the safety of customers and staff amid the ongoing security situation.
The Bank, in collaboration with national security services, is actively monitoring developments in the region and has assured the public that normal business hours will resume once it is safe to do so.
In the meantime, GCB encourages customers to make use of its Walewale Branch and digital banking platforms, which remain fully operational. These services are available around the clock to help customers manage their banking needs with ease and convenience.
“We understand how important access to financial services is, especially in challenging times. We are doing everything we can to stay close to our customers and continue to serve them safely,” the bank noted in the statement.
GCB further reaffirmed its commitment to delivering excellent service and expressed sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by the temporary change.
