Joseph Ade Coker, a former Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and one-time Vice Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has passed away.
He died at the Bank Hospital in Accra after a brief illness, sources close to the family have confirmed. He was a well-known figure in both Ghana’s political and sports circles, remembered for his firm leadership and commitment to public service.
Ade Coker served the NDC in various capacities and was known for his grassroots mobilisation efforts and outspoken advocacy for party unity. In sports, he played a significant role in Ghanaian football administration during his time with the GFA.
