Job Purpose
- Plan, develop, and execute station-focused and client-based promotions and events
- Support revenue generation and enhance brand visibility
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proposals for promotions and events for approval by management
- Execute creative, innovative, and timely promotional activities
- Implement action plans to achieve advertising, branding, and publicity goals
Requirements
- University degree or professional qualification in Sales and Marketing (CIM or HND Marketing)
- Strong customer relations and communication skills
- Good understanding of advertising, marketing, and promotional principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and reliability
