Job Location

Ashanti Zone: Covering Ahafo, Bono, and Bono East Regions
Western Zone: Covering Western, Western North, and Central Regions

Job Summary

We are seeking for highly motivated and experienced Zonal Sales Coordinators to join our teams in the Ashanti and Western Regions. The successful candidates will lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and supervise our partners within the respective zones. This is an exceptional opportunity for sales professionals eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets within the zone.
  • Supervise and Support Partners: Oversee and assist Katcare Partners to ensure outstanding customer service and optimal sales performance.
  • Collaborate with ICT Coordinators and Admins: Work together to ensure smooth laptop distributions and customer support.
  • Conduct Regular School Visits: Address customer needs and promote our products through frequent school visits.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Partner closely with our customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Evaluate sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and enhance sales performance.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in education and technology.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Residency: Must be a resident of the zone applied for.
