Kumasi based preacher Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi, popularly known as the Eagle Prophet, has stirred conversations online after appearing at a funeral adorned in traditional Akan mourning cloth that has revealed tattoos on his arms. The images shared by Bigscout Nana Prempeh on Facebook showcase the prophet’s inked arms and chest prompting varied reactions from the public. The funeral took place at the 4BN Officers Mess in Kumasi which was in honor of Nana Afia Pokua the mother of Rev. Obofour. The Eagle Prophet attended alongside Archbishop Salifu Amoako as both maked their presence felt at the solemn event.
While some social media users expressed surprise at the prophet’s tattoos, others defended his personal choices and emphasized that spiritual leadership and body art are not mutually exclusive.
