The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced vacancies for the position of Regional Physical Education and Sports Coordinator in the Upper East and Upper West Regions through an official letter.
The letter indicated that these regions have vacancies for Physical Education and Sports Coordinator and invites applications from suitably qualified serving teachers or officers in GES.
Requirements (Qualification and Experience)
- Must be a graduate professional teacher or officer.
- Must hold a minimum of a first degree in Physical Education as a major.
- Must be on the grade of Deputy Director (with at least three years of service in this grade).
- Must be able to serve a minimum of three years before compulsory retirement.
- In addition to the above requirements, applicants should have a satisfactory work history and good conduct with the Ghana Education Service (GES).
- Applicants with additional relevant qualifications will have an advantage.
Mode of Application
Prospective candidates should submit an application letter, Curriculum Vitae, and a confidential report from the applicant’s Head of Institution or Director of Education to the Director of the HRMD Division at the GES Headquarters, Accra, via angela.frimpomaa@ges.gov.gh, on or before 16th August 2024.
