John Dramani Mahama has appointed Prof. Smile Gavua Dzisi as the new Acting Deputy Director-General – Management Services. She previously served as Rector and later Interim Vice-Chancellor of Koforidua Technical University, holding key leadership roles. GES has congratulated and welcomed her to the position.
