The Ghana Education Service (GES) is planning to conduct the 2025 school selection and upload exercise ahead of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

Information GH Educate Media is gathering suggests that GES is putting measures in place to have the school selection and upload of entries done before the actual writing of the 2025 BECE, which is scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, to Wednesday, June 17, 2025.

It is important to note that, for the past few years, the school selection and upload exercise for BECE candidates has been conducted after they have completed the examination.

This practice is likely to change this year. Parents/guardians, students, teachers, and the general public are advised to stay alert to this new development.
